The Buy America & Product Compliance Associate is responsible for ensuring company products comply with applicable Buy America / Buy American regulations and product regulatory requirements. This role supports government-funded projects by validating domestic content eligibility, managing compliance documentation, and ensuring adherence to environmental and regulatory standards

A Day In The Life

The Buy America & Product Compliance Associate supports the execution of Buy America/Buy American and product compliance activities to help ensure company products align with applicable regulatory and customer requirements. Under the guidance of senior compliance team members, this role assists in reviewing bills of materials, supplier‑provided information, and engineering drawings, and supports the preparation and maintenance of compliance documentation such as Certificates of Compliance and regulatory declarations. The Associate works closely with Engineering and other cross‑functional teams to support customer inquiries and government‑funded projects, while maintaining accurate records and contributing to the consistent and timely completion of compliance requests in accordance with internal procedures.
