Job Overview

We are looking for suitable Graduates experienced with good communication skills to support the Hubbell India Masterdata Team’s routine, adhoc activities, and projects predominantly but not limited to any specific task. This requirement is to work with customers, Sales team, business unit contacts for getting Sales tax exemption certificates from customers, uploading those to Vertex, timely follow-ups and any other routine tasks for masterdata and One Hubbell Finance team.

A Day In The Life

Role and Responsibilities (but not limited to)

1.Support regular follow-ups with customers for sales tax exemption certificates

2.Upload sales tax exemption certificates to Vertex as per set criteria’s, do regular follow up, ensure data integrity

3.Participate in analysis and recommend changes for process improvements

4.Flexible to support during night shift

5.Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs

6.Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and quick TAT

7.Ensure all requests from customers and business units are acknowledged for the day and coordinate with teams across the enterprise to resolve customer enquiries
