Job Overview

We are seeking qualified graduates with strong communication skills to support the Hubbell India Order-to-Cash (O2C) team across routine operations, ad-hoc activities, and ongoing projects.
The role primarily involves engaging with customers to ensure timely cash collection, resolve payment-related issues, and maintain healthy cashflow for the business. Candidates should be flexible, detail-oriented, and willing to handle a wide range of tasks within the O2C function.

A Day In The Life

Role and Responsibilities (but not limited to)Perform timely and consistent follow‑ups with customers via email and phone calls to ensure on‑time payment and effective cash collection.

Review and release credit blocks or recommend order holds based on credit policy, customer payment behavior, and account risk assessment.

Participate in root-cause analysis and process reviews, providing recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce delays, and improve overall collection effectiveness.

Flexible to support during night shift.

Collaborate with team members to help the Hubbell India O2C team achieve all defined KPIs and service-level expectations.

Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and quick TAT.

Internal training will be provided to the selected candidates. Post training the associate will be getting the full-time support of one analyst for a month.

Proactively manage all routine collection activities for assigned customer accounts, ensuring improved cashflow and minimizing overdue receivables.
