De forma autodirigida se encarga de resolver problemas complejos de ingeniería dentro de la organización, desarrollar proyectos de investigación y análisis para la resolución de problemas, generación de ahorros, además de iimplementar mejoras para incrementar la productividad y disminuir los desperdicios.
A Day In The Life
- Resolucion de problemas técnicos.
- Planificación y ejecución de proyectos de ingeniería.
- Elaborar documentación técnica.
- Registrar y documentar adecuadamente los procesos
- Proponer y evaluar nuevas tecnologías o procesos que puedan mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad.
- Participar activamente como miembro del equipo en eventos Kaizen y de Seguridad R3 cuando sea requerido
- Apoyar la introducción de nuevos productos en corridas piloto, toma de tiempos, elaboración de balances, recolección de datos,
- Asistir y estar actualizado en cursos obligatorios que se requieran para su posición
- Dar soporte en tareas administrativas relacionadas con los proyectos de Ingeniería, como hacer requisiciones, reportes.
- Mantener el equipo asignado bajo buen resguardo y en excelentes condiciones
- Mantener su lugar de trabajo limpio organizado y seguro
What will help you thrive in this role?
- Licenciatura en Ingenieria Industrial o afín.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office Avanzado.
- Dominio de programas y equipos informáticos de ingeniería.
- Capacidad para leer e interpretar dibujos técnicos y diagramas.
- Conocimiento en diseño asistido por computadora (CAD).
- Manejo de Sistema SAP para consulta de Dibujos, Routing y BOM.
- Habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera efectiva.
- Atención al detalle y precisión en el trabajo.
- Conocimiento de los principios y técnicas de ingeniería.
- Habilidad para preparar informes técnicos detallados y documentación de los procesos y resultados.
- Capacidad para comunicarse efectivamente con otros técnicos, ingenieros, y personal no técnico.
