Estamos buscando a nuestro proximo Supervisor de Produccion para formar parte de una gran compañia y equipo de trabajo en Hubbell. 

A Day In The Life

  • Implementar y controlar un plan de producción diario.
  • Administrar el personal a su cargo de manera eficiente para reducir el scrap generado
  •  Controla las listas de personal a su cargo en sistema TRESS modulo supervisores.
  •  Seguimiento a procedimientos de ISO 9001:2015
  •  Mantenimiento del orden y limpieza de las áreas de producción.
  •  Seguimiento al uso de equipo de seguridad.
  •  Coordinación para la resolución de problemas con los demás departamentos.
  • Desarrollo e implementación de mejoras al proceso con efecto de reducir gastos.
  • Administrar y controlar las actividades en el área de producción con el objeto de cumplir con los planes de producción, calidad, seguridad y limpieza.                           
  • Se coordina además con los supervisores   de los departamentos de soporte para la resolución de problemas.                                                                                     
  • Es responsabilidad del Supervisor el que todas las guardas con que cuenten los equipos y maquinaria de su área de trabajo estén en la posición para la que fueron diseñadas.

  • Escolaridad: Ingeniería o experiencia equivalente
  • Experiencia en METAL MECANICA
  • Experiencia en Soldadura TIG/MIG, Spot Weld y Electrica     
  •  -Carbon Steel       
  •  -Stainless Steel
  • Habilidad para formar y dirigir HPT (Equipos de Alto Desempeño)
  • Habilidad comunicativa
  • Balanceo de Lineas (tiempos y movimientos)
  • Liderazgo,  Habilidad para motivar
  • Responsable,  Proactivo
  • Mejoramiento Continuo
  • Manejo de Herramientas de Medicion e Interpretacion de planos
  • Ingles 60% al 80%
