Job Overview
*Administrar y controlar las actividades en el área de producción con el objeto de cumplir con los planes de producción, calidad, seguridad y limpieza.
*Se coordina además con los supervisores de los departamentos de soporte para la resolución de problemas.
*Es responsabilidad del Supervisor el que todas las guardas con que cuenten los equipos y maquinaria de su área de trabajo estén en la posición para la que fueron diseñadas.
A Day In The Life
Implementar y controlar un plan de producción diario.
Administrar el personal a su cargo de manera eficiente para reducir el scrap generado
Controla las listas de personal a su cargo en sistema TRES modulo supervisores.
Seguimiento a procedimientos de ISO 9001:2015
Mantenimiento del orden y limpieza de las áreas de producción.
Seguimiento al uso de equipo de seguridad.
Coordinación para la resolución de problemas con los demás departamentos.
Desarrollo e implementación de mejoras al proceso con efecto de reducir gastos.
