Job Overview
As part of the HR Operations Shared Services Team, the Supervisor, HR Operations, manages the Mexico HR Operations team and supports business and functional leaders and employees across Mexico as well as globally. The position is responsible for coaching and leading the team to deliver a variety of HR transactions and projects efficiently and accurately and providing excellent customer service support to the enterprise.
This role partners to support key functions in Human Resources such as: Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compliance as well as other functions such as IT and Finance in Mexico and globally.The position reports into the Vice President, Global HR Operations & Employee Relations and is located in Juarez, Mexico.

- Build and lead strategic partnerships across Mexico HR, Global HR and Centers of Excellence (COEs) — including Finance, Payroll, and IT — serving as the primary point of connection for Mexico and leading the cross-functional collaboration needed to align priorities, deliver seamless HR services, and drive successful project execution
- Independently design, develop, and lead projects from concept through execution across HR Operations and Global HR initiatives — translating ideas into structured proposals, gaining stakeholder alignment, and driving implementation to completion.
- Lead and facilitate multi-functional calls and projects for acquisitions and divestitures by coordinating HR, Finance, IT, and COE partners to align on employee data, integration activities, and timelines, and guiding the team through execution.
- Partner with HR IT to ideate and deploy SuccessFactors enhancements and releases and oversee the team's testing and rollout.
- Lead HR Ops and HR Business Partner process-improvement projects from opportunity identification through delivery — mapping current- and future-state workflows and applying continuous-improvement tools and methodologies guide the team in streamlining, standardizing, and documenting processes.
- Build team capability by developing talent cross-functionally — providing ongoing coaching and mentoring and conducting regular one-on-ones to give feedback, set development goals, and support career growth.
- Coach and lead the team to deliver on global transaction / workflow activities, serving as main point of contact for Mexico HR Transactions, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Performance, and Reporting.
- Oversee the team's project execution to ensure deliverables are achieved on time and to expected quality.
- Manage the execution of global data validations in myHubb to ensure employee data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Drive the tracking and monthly reporting of HR Operations KPIs — including ticket-resolution SLAs, workflow approvals, and service metrics — monitoring team performance against targets and acting on trends to continuously improve service delivery.
- Oversee accurate, efficient team entry and approval of HR transactions into SuccessFactors (Employee Central HR Database), owning data integrity and quality review.
- Supervise and coordinate the Mexico HR Operations team’s daily work, training, and incident resolution.
- Serve as a point of escalation for HR transaction and myHubb-related issues that cannot be resolved by team members.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and internal control standards for supporting documentation and accuracy including HR Operations processes and Quick Reference Guides.
- Lead Mexico regulatory and statutory processes (e.g., bimonthly variable perceptions) and ensure timely implementation of Mexican labor law updates across HR Operations.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of employee data and transactions.
- Embrace and drive adoption of new systems and software, including AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, to improve team efficiency and service delivery.
- Facilitate, when needed, training sessions for Mexico and non-Mexico employees globally on key HR processes — including Pay for Performance — delivering content that builds understanding and drives consistent, accurate execution of the compensation and performance cycle.

What will help you thrive in this role?
- A college degree in Business, HR or a related field preferred
- Previous HRIS systems support experience (SuccessFactors strongly preferred)
- Previous Mexico systems support experience (GTI Revolution strongly preferred)
- Project management experience, focusing on leading cross-functional teams and projects end to end
- Experience supervising, coaching, and developing a team
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve established goals and deliver results
- Must be proficient in Power Point and have exceptional Excel skills including V lookups and pivot tables
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Exceptional time management; proactive, with a strong sense of urgency
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and under tight deadlines
- Customer service/ customer-facing skills
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast paced, team environment
- Bilingual — advance level fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Working knowledge of Mexico labor law and statutory HR / payroll requirements
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, with a mindset for continuous adoption
- Ability and willingness to work flexible work hours to ensure time sensitive HRIS activities are completed
