Job Overview
Estamos buscando a un superintendente de produccion que sea responsable de cumplir con los programas de trabajo, supervisando a un grupo de empleados encargados del análisis, diseño, validación, implantación y de nuevo proceso de producto, seguimiento a procesos de producción, métodos y cargas de trabajo, estándares de operación de equipo y demás normas para producir eficientemente y con calidad incluye la revisión sistemática de información y reportes operativos, en búsqueda de áreas de oportunidad para incrementar la productividad, la calidad y reducir el costos.
A Day In The Life
Establecer y documentar sistemas de manufactura que minimicen costos de operación y logren consistentemente los requerimientos de calidad
Documentar los procesos de manufactura asegurando cumplimiento con la norma
Establecer mejoras a los procesos que reduzcan costo y mejoren la calidad del producto
Planear la adquisición de maquinarias para mejorar los procesos
Determinar la capacidad de los procesos y planear mejoras futuras
Supervisa la coordinación de los ingenieros para dar solución a problemas en los procesos de manufactura
Reportes semanales, mensuales y anuales propios del puesto
Actividades de 5's y Seguridad industrial propios del puesto
What will help you thrive in this role?
- Carrera profesional terminada en Ingeniería Electromecanico, Electrico, Manufactura ó afín
- Bilingue: español/inglés (85% ó más)
- Experiencia en el manejo de SAP
- Experiencia en el manejo de MS Office
- Experiencia en Manufactura esbelta, cambios de ingeniería
- Conocimientos de Control estadístico de proceso
- Experiencia en ingenieria de producto
- Conocimiento de Autocad, Solid works, Solid edge
- Conocimiento de operaciones de manufactura
