Job Overview
Garantizar la disponibilidad, confiabilidad y eficiencia de la maquinaria y equipos de producción mediante la planeación, coordinación y ejecución de programas de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de seguridad, calidad, productividad y costos de la organización.
A Day In The Life
- Administrar y coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de la maquinaria de planta.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para maximizar la confiabilidad y disponibilidad de los equipos.
- Supervisar al personal técnico de mantenimiento, promoviendo el desarrollo de competencias y el cumplimiento de procedimientos.
- Planificar y controlar los recursos humanos, materiales y presupuestales del departamento.
- Analizar indicadores de desempeño (KPIs) del área, tales como:
- Disponibilidad de equipos.
- MTBF (Tiempo Medio Entre Fallas).
- MTTR (Tiempo Medio de Reparación).
- Cumplimiento del mantenimiento preventivo.
- Costos de mantenimiento.
- Coordinar paros programados y actividades mayores de mantenimiento.
- Gestionar inventarios de refacciones críticas y materiales de mantenimiento.
- Liderar proyectos de mejora continua enfocados en confiabilidad, eficiencia energética y reducción de costos.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad industrial, medio ambiente y calidad.
- Realizar análisis de causa raíz (RCA) para fallas repetitivas y definir acciones correctivas.
- Coordinar servicios externos y contratistas relacionados con mantenimiento.
- Participar en la adquisición, instalación y puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos.
- Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica, planos, procedimientos y registros de mantenimiento.

Escolaridad
- Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Electromecánica, Industrial o carrera afín.
Experiencia
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial.
- Mínimo 3 años en posiciones de liderazgo o supervisión de mantenimiento.
- Experiencia en gestión de mantenimiento de maquinaria industrial y equipos automatizados.
Conocimientos Técnicos
- Sistemas hidráulicos, neumáticos, eléctricos y mecánicos.
- Mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
- Interpretación de planos mecánicos y eléctricos.
- Análisis de vibraciones, termografía y monitoreo de condición.
- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
- Lean Manufacturing y Mejora Continua.
- Gestión de CMMS (SAP PM, Maximo, MP10, Infor EAM u otros).
- Normas de seguridad industrial y análisis de riesgos.
