Job Overview
Es responsable de establecer la estrategia de manejo, control y veracidad de inventario, alcanzar resultados y supervisar las labores del grupo de supervisores encargados del recibo, acomodo y despacho físico de los materiales, herramientas y equipo requerido para la produccion, mantenimiento de las operaciones.
A Day In The Life
- Responsable de la veracidad de inventario y la estrategia para su control
- Responsable de liderar las iniciativas de control y análisis de inventario
- Responsable de la coordinación y estrategia de adquisición de suministros y piezas en el tiempo mas eficiente y métodos mas rentables.
- Liderar y administrar las tareas generales y específicas de los supervisores de área (recibos, bodega, embarques).
- Controlar y monitorear las actividades de recibo de material prima.
- Controlar y monitorear las actividades del almacenamiento de los subensambles así como los productos terminados.
- Administrar actividades de registro en sistema de material directo y producto terminado.
- Coordinar la disponibilidad de recursos para la recepción, el almacenaje y el embarque de producto terminado.
- Informar a quien corresponda cuando se reciba maquinaria, equipo y material directo e indirecto para su apropiada entrega.
- Coordinar la entrega de materia prima al departamento de produccion.
- Coordinar los embarques especiales en conjunto con los departamentos de compras, planeación y el Gerente de Materiales.
- Reportes semanales, mensuales y anuales propios del puesto.
- Actividades de 5s y Seguridad Industrial propios del puesto.
