A Day In The Life
- Entre sus principales responsabilidades se incluye garantizar la integridad de los movimientos de inventario y mantener un sólido control de inventarios.
- Revisión y buscar corrección con los departamentos involucrados en las variaciones en ordenes de producción.
- Revisión, corrección y limpieza de COGIs en sistema de forma diaria y mensual.
- Responsable de trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de Materiales para garantizar la exactitud del inventario y la implementación de controles de inventario efectivos.
- Responsable de supervisar las prácticas de control de inventarios y asegurar que existan procedimientos eficientes y adecuados.
- Responsable de liderar la estrategia de conteos cíclicos y establecer calendarios para conteos cíclicos regulares, así como la gestión de la veracidad del inventario en preparación para el inventario físico anual.
- Responsable de implementar y mantener un sistema de archivo y documentación de hallazgos, discrepancias e incidencias identificadas durante el proceso de conteo de inventarios
What will help you thrive in this role?
- Licenciatura en administración de empresas, contabilidad o afín.
- Maestría en áreas administrativas es un plus.
- Manejo de Office.
- Conocimiento amplio de SAP.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en áreas productivas/almacén e inventarios.
- Conocimiento de estructuras del sistema/producto.
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en SAP, específicamente en los módulos MM (Gestión de Materiales) y FI (Finanzas).
- Conocimiento de variaciones de material y transacciones relacionados con transferencias y consumos de materiales en áreas productivas.
