Job Overview
Garantizar la disponibilidad oportuna de materiales, componentes y materias primas requeridas para cumplir los planes de producción, manteniendo niveles óptimos de inventario, minimizando faltantes, exceso de inventario y costos asociados a la cadena de suministro. Desarrollar, administrar y controlar el plan de producción para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del cliente, optimizando recursos, capacidad instalada, materiales y mano de obra, asegurando niveles adecuados de servicio, costo y eficiencia operativa.
A Day In The Life
Planeación de Materiales
- Analizar requerimientos generados por MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
- Determinar necesidades de compra de materiales directos e indirectos.
- Asegurar el suministro oportuno de materiales para soportar la producción.
- Revisar demandas, órdenes abiertas y niveles de inventario. Elaborar el plan maestro de producción (MPS).
- Convertir pronósticos y demanda en programas de manufactura.
- Balancear capacidad y carga de trabajo.
- Determinar secuencias de producción óptimas.
- Liberar órdenes de producción.
- Monitorear cumplimiento diario del programa.
- Ajustar planes debido a cambios de demanda o capacidad.
- Coordinar producción de acuerdo con prioridades del cliente.
- Analizar capacidad productiva de equipos y personal.
- Identificar cuellos de botella.
- Proponer planes para aumentar productividad y utilización.
- Coordinar con Materiales la disponibilidad de componentes.
- Trabajar con Producción para asegurar cumplimiento.
- Coordinar cambios de ingeniería y lanzamientos de nuevos productos.

- 3 a 5 años en planeación de produccion.
- Experiencia en ambientes de manufactura.
- Manejo de SAP.
- Experiencia con sistemas ERP/MRP.
