El superintendente de Tool Room es responsable de supervisar y optimizar nuestros esfuerzos en servicios técnicos. A Day In The Life
- Liderar un equipo de ingeniería de tamaño medio en la implementación de funciones de planificación estratégica, incluyendo estrategias de producto, requerimientos de personal y propuestas de presupuesto de gastos y capital.
- Ejecutar investigaciones aplicadas o desarrollo avanzado de nuevos productos, materiales o procesos
- Mantenerse al día con las tecnologías relevantes, estándares de la industria y requisitos regulatorios.
- Utilizar análisis de datos de reclamaciones para impulsar la mejora sistemática.
- Abordar problemas internos de calidad y comunicar a los líderes de sitio.
- Crear planes de control para apoyar proyectos de desarrollo de nuevos productos y ayudar a prevenir problemas que puedan surgir.
- Desarrollar y asumir la responsabilidad de seguimiento, informes y acciones clave y medibles para cumplir con los objetivos establecidos.
- Identificar y ofrecer oportunidades para el crecimiento y desarrollo de los miembros del equipo.
- Facilitar la capacitación sobre productos para los empleados del sitio según sea necesario.
What will help you thrive in this role?
- Carrera profesional terminada en, Mecánica ó afín (o experiencia equivalente) Educación
- Bilingüe: español/inglés (75% ó más) deseable
- Experiencia comprobable en el puesto
- Experiencia en desarrollo y construcción de nuevos troqueles (troquel progresivo preferentemente)
- Experiencia en dados progresivos y prensas de alto tonelaje
- Interpretación de dibujo técnico
- Manejo de instrumentos de medición ( vernier , micrómetro, comparador óptico, pin gages , blocks gages)
- Conocimientos de aceros y tratamiento térmico.
- Maquinados de precisión , conocimiento de maquinas de taller ( rectificadoras, centros de maquinado vertical CNC, wire cut machine, Fresadora CNC )
- Soporte a las áreas de prensas , mantenimiento, calidad e ingeniería
- Conocimientos de CAD/CAM/Solid Edge
- Fuertes conocimientos en sistemas de calidad y seguridad
- Experiencia en el manejo de MS Office
- Disponibilidad para viajar, doméstico e internacional
- Conocimiento de operaciones de manufactura (preferentemente)
