Job Overview

This position is responsible of coordinate the manufacturing eng.  Team,

should have solid knowledge on the metal mechanic industry (sheet Metal) to identification of the best process to manufacture a part, process restrictions and limitations.

This position is also in charge to manage and coordinate the projects in the eng team,

reporting results to upper management and assisting his team in problem solving and removing road bocks               

A Day In The Life

• Cordinate activities and priorities of the manufacturing eng. team
• Quote and generate the proper process for new parts
• Implement and track EC´s on SAP
• Assist in tooling and manufacturing process choices
• Coordinate projects, work  on the implementation of new product/process.
• Implementation of 5S activities and Safety improvements in the area

• Eng. Degree (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Eng.)
• Strong Project management background
• SAP (Material Master, BOM, Routing, Planning BOM, Engineering Changes)
• Solid knowledge in Metal Mechanic Industry
• Projects Quoting
• Problem solving skills
• Experience transferring products and full facilities
• Team Management
• CAD 3D environment is a plus
• Knowledge In MS Office
• Print interpretation
