Job Overview

Responsible for leading the HR training and development team, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. Oversees the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to enhance workforce capability, productivity, and compliance. Acts as a strategic partner to management, providing insights and recommendations for talent development and operational efficiency.

A Day In The Life

  • Supervise and guide HR team members in executing training initiatives.
  • Approve and monitor training budgets and vendor contracts.
  • Lead audits and ensure compliance with ISO and STPS standards.
  • Present training effectiveness reports and improvement plans to senior leadership.
  • Drive organizational development projects such as succession planning and leadership programs.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong people management and coaching skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR systems (TRESS, SAP) and e-learning platforms.
  • Expertise in budget management and strategic planning.
  • High proficiency in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI desirable).
