Job Overview
El inspector de calidad tendra que asegurar la conformidad del producto y la estabilidad del proceso mediante la inspección técnica, liberación de primeras piezas y monitoreo de las etapas de producción, actuando como filtro crítico para evitar que material no conforme avance en la cadena de valor.
A Day In The Life
• Liberación de Procesos: Realizar la liberación de "Primera Pieza" en estaciones críticas: Torretas, Láser, Dobladora, Soldadura, Pintura y Ensamble.
• Inspección Dimensional: Validar que las piezas cumplan con las especificaciones del plano utilizando equipo de medición de precisión.
• Control de Material No Conforme: Identificar, segregar y etiquetar material defectuoso, notificando de inmediato a las áreas involucradas.
• Gestión de PPMs: Captura y análisis de defectos diarios para la actualización de gráficas de partes por millón.
• Soporte a Ingeniería: Colaborar con el Ingeniero de Calidad en análisis de causa raíz y ejecución de eventos Kaizen para la mejora continua.
• Auditoría de Estándares: Verificar que el personal operativo siga las ayudas visuales y hojas de instrucción vigentes.
What will help you thrive in this role?
- Experiencia minima mínimo 6 meses a 1 año en puestos similares (Inspector de Calidad, Auditor de Procesos o Técnico de Metrología) en sector metalmecánico o manufactura.
- Escolaridad: Preparatoria terminada (indispensable) o Carrera Técnica/Trunca en Ingeniería (Industrial, Mecánica o afín)
• Interpretación de Dibujo Técnico: Lectura de planos, simbología básica y tolerancias.
• Metrología: Uso y manejo de instrumentos de medición (Caliper, Micrómetro, Cinta Métrica, Medidor de alturas).
• Computación: Nivel básico-intermedio (Excel para gráficas de control y reporteo).
• Estándares de Calidad: Manejo de ayudas visuales, hojas de trabajo e instrucciones de operación.
• Habilidades Blandas: Facilidad de palabra y Negociación: Capacidad para comunicar rechazos a producción de manera asertiva y negociar tiempos de contención.
• Toma de decisiones: Basada en datos y criterios técnicos.
