El Superintendente de Ingeniería es responsable de proporcionar liderazgo técnico y operativo en las áreas de Moldeo por Inyección y Fundición (PerMold / Fundición Permanente por Gravedad). Esta posición es clave para asegurar la estabilidad de los procesos, el desempeño del herramental y el desarrollo de capacidades técnicas dentro del área de ingeniería, con impacto directo en seguridad, calidad, productividad y confiabilidad operativa.
El rol requiere una fuerte presencia en piso, toma de decisiones oportuna y colaboración estrecha con Producción, Mantenimiento, Calidad y Supply Chain, impulsando una cultura de mejora continua y prevención de fallas.

Liderazgo de Proceso y Herramental
Gestión del Ciclo de Vida de Moldes
Solución de Problemas y Mejora Continua
- Proveer soporte técnico a producción mediante solución estructurada de problemas de proceso, herramental y calidad.
- Liderar análisis de causa raíz (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa) y asegurar acciones correctivas efectivas y sostenibles.
- Liderar iniciativas de Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen y FMEA.
- Liderazgo de Equipo e Interacción Operativ.
- Estabilización y capacidad de procesos de Moldeo y Fundición.
- Confiabilidad del tooling y control del ciclo de vida de moldes.
- Eliminación de problemas recurrentes (scrap, downtime, defectos).
- Disciplina operativa de ingeniería (estándares y documentación).
- Desarrollo técnico y liderazgo del equipo de ingeniería.
What will help you thrive in this role?
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería (Mecánica, Manufactura, Industrial, Metalurgia o afín).
- Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en Ingeniería (Manufactura / Procesos) en planta.
- Mínimo 3 años liderando grupos de ingenieros y/o técnicos.
- Experiencia técnica sólida en Moldeo por Inyección y/o Fundición de Aluminio.
- Experiencia comprobada en procesos dependientes de moldes y herramentales.
- Conocimiento práctico de Scientific Molding, DOE, SPC, Lean Manufacturing y solución estructurada de problemas.
- Inglés avanzado indispensable (hablado y escrito).
- Fuerte liderazgo técnico, capacidad analítica y toma de decisiones.
- Disponibilidad para trabajo en piso y atención a situaciones operativas.
- Experiencia en procesos de Fundición Permanente / PerMold.
- Experiencia en automatización, diseño de herramentales y validación de procesos.
- Certificaciones en Scientific Molding, Lean Manufacturing o Six Sigma.
- Experiencia liderando proyectos de reducción de scrap y mejora de eficiencia.
