Job Overview

The Compensation Analyst is responsible for overseeing all aspects of compensation practices and processes for México sites, will act as a strategic partner to management and provide guidance on Compensation market best practices to foster drive company compensation policies also is responsible for data analysis and documentation of strategic initiatives that improve the operational execution of reward programs as well as improve the experience of clients as they engage with these compensation and benefits programs.


 

A Day In The Life

 

  • Responsible for providing expertise, answering complex questions, and working with the analysts when needed to investigate and respond to complex situations.
  • Responding to escalated pay questions or concerns and partners with senior level business leaders to resolve.
  • Develop and present salary proposals that reflect job evaluations and market analysis, always seeking a balance between cost and personnel motivation.
  • Designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits packages for employees.
  • Ensuring that the company's compensation and benefits policies comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Conducting Compensation & Benefits Surveys and external Benchmarking.
  • Reviewing and updating Company Salary Ranges on an annual basis to determine the appropriate compensation range for each role within the company.
  • Collaborating with HR and management to understand the company's needs and objectives and developing suitable compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Preparing and presenting reports and proposals to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain competitive and equitable salary structures.
  • Design and administer incentive plans, bonuses, and variable compensation.
  • Perform analysis and reporting on the financial impact of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Annual Personnel Budget: Assist in the development of the annual personnel budget, ensuring that all compensation and benefits variances and projections are adequately addressed.
  • Lead special projects related to compensation and benefits, such as implementing new tools or processes

 

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certifications in compensation and benefits are a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and Advanced English)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in designing and managing compensation and benefits policies.
  • Experience in communicating at all levels of an organization in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in facilitating the decision-making process and managing necessary changes throughout several projects (Change Management).
  • Experience in interpreting data on compensation and benefits to identify discrepancies.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to deliver on multiple assignments meet tight deadlines and be effective and decisive under pressure.
  • Strong analytical skills, data presentation, technical capabilities, and metric management.
  • Must be able to execute analysis and recommend
