Job Overview
- Soporte a las áreas de producción (Tier´s).
- Elaboración y actualización de reportes de Rotación y Ausentismo.
- Atención al proceso de renuncias voluntarias.
- Seguimiento diario al ausentismo (RIT)
- Supervisar servicios de cafetería.
- Habilidad en presentaciones ante grupos masivos
- Dar atención y soporte en cuestiones de servicio al personal.
A Day In The Life
- Responsable de dar seguimiento al personal operativo de nuevo ingreso
- Responsable de realizar y mantener actualizados los expedientes del personal
- Responsable del archivo del personal.
- Dar soporte a las actividades en los eventos motivacionales de todas las áreas de RH
- Realizar informes y reportes estadísticos, relacionados con sus actividades propias
- Captura en el sistema TRESS módulo de Recursos Humanos
- Participación en las juntas Tier’s en el área de producción
- Soporte en auditorías internas y externas del departamento de laborales.
- Participación en los diversos comités, cafetería, PTU, etc.

- Experiencia en manejo de MS office.
- Experiencia en manejo de sistema TRESS.
- Excelente actitud de servicio y atención al personal.
- Toma de decisión efectiva.
- Experiencia en manejo de conflictos laborales.
- Experiencia en KPI’s de RH.
- Habilidad en comunicación efectiva.
- Experiencia en manejo de Focus Group.
- Conocimiento en LFT y RIT.
- Disponibilidad de horario.
