Job Overview

Garantizar la correcta ejecución de los procesos contables relacionados con pagos, gastos, provisiones, conciliaciones, activos fijos y reportes financieros del área. Administrar y analizar información clave para asegurar registros precisos, cumplimiento normativo y soporte documental completo, contribuyendo a la confiabilidad de los estados financieros y al adecuado cierre contable mensual y anual.

A Day In The Life

    1. Contabilidad
      1. Registro, revisión y análisis de pólizas contables.
      2. Carga, conciliación y soporte de informacion en Blackline.
      3. Análisis detallado de cuentas contables y corrección de desviaciones.
      4. Preparación de reportes financieros.
      5. Administracion de provisiones mensuales y reversas.

 

    1. Finanzas
      1. Administracion y proyección de presupuesto vs actuales.
      2. Revisión y validación de reportes de viáticos y solicitudes de reembolsos.
      3. Análisis y conciliación de la cuenta de Concur.
      4. Control de anticipos y gastos corporativos.

 

    1. Activo Fijo
      1. Generación de AFEs en SAP/ERP.
      2. Seguimiento de proyectos (CIP) y preparación para capitalización.
      3. Registro de capitalizaciones, bajas y disposiciones.
      4. Etiquetado, inventario físico y actualización de expedientes digitales.
      5. Elaboración de reportes de movimientos y reconciliación de activo fijo.
    2. Tesorería
      1. Control y administración de remesas.
      2. Dispersión de nómina y emisión de cheques.
      3. Validación y ejecución de pagos de impuestos y servicios.
      4. Administración de pagos recurrentes y extraordinarios.
      5. Venta de divisas y administración de movimientos interbancarios.
      6. Colocación de inversión del Fondo de Ahorro.
      7. Ejecución y revisión de conciliaciones bancarias.
      8. Elaboración de proyecciones de flujo de efectivo.

 

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • 2 a 5 años de experiencia en contabilidad general, finanzas y/o activo fijo.
  • Experiencia en dispersión de nóminas, PTU, pensiones, beneficios y obligaciones fiscales.
  • Preparación y análisis de reportes financieros.
  • Conciliaciones, revisiones y análisis de cuentas contables.
  • Manejo de herramientas de reporte y seguimiento (sharepoint, PBI, Excel)
  • Experiencia en soporte a auditorías internas y externas
