Job Overview
Hubbell is seeking a highly motivated Systems Analyst – Logistics to join our global IT organization. This role will support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of warehouse and logistics systems across global operations, with strong collaboration across U.S. and India teams.
The role focuses on SAP WM and EWM, with exposure to SAP PP, MM, QM and integrated logistics platforms such as Blue Yonder WMS, MercuryGate TMS, and SmartBOL. Candidates should bring strong functional knowledge, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a global delivery model.
A Day In The Life
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Support end-to-end delivery including requirement analysis, design, system configuration, testing, and production support.
- Act as functional SME for SAP logistics processes (IM, WM, EWM).
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
- Develop and execute test cases, support UAT cycles, and validate system changes.
- Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to business teams.
- Support change management and comply with IT governance and audit controls.
- Maintain system roles, authorizations, and basic security configurations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support small to mid-sized project delivery.
What will help you thrive in this role?
- Strong experience in SAP Logistics Execution modules (IM, WM, EWM).
- Understanding of integration concepts including IDOCs, CPI/BTP, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a global delivery model (onsite-offshore coordination).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with test management and validation processes.
- Basic understanding of project management practices (Agile/Waterfall).
