Job Overview

The Systems Analyst, IT-HR analyzes HR business problems to be solved with SAP SuccessFactors and related HRIS systems. This role assists in identifying, evaluating, and developing HR systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. The individual executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing for SuccessFactors modules and assists in creating specifications for system enhancements to meet business requirements.

A Day In The Life

Every day at Hubbell is different, and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by:

  • Administering and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.) to support HR business processes.
  • Managing user access, security roles, and permissions within SuccessFactors.
  • Supporting data integrations between SuccessFactors and other third-party HR or business systems (e.g., SF Integration Center, payroll, time management, identity management, etc.).
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, collaborating with SAP Support, HR and IT teams.
  • Assisting in the implementation of new SuccessFactors module.
  • Identifying and diagnosing data quality issues within SuccessFactors and recommending solutions.
  • Creating queries and reports for the HR user community using SuccessFactors and related analytics tools.
  • Documenting system configurations, changes, and resolutions for future reference.
  • Participating in system upgrades, testing new features, and validating enhancements.
  • Maintaining compliance with data privacy and security standards in HR systems, including adherence to governmental regulations across multiple countries.

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field (required)
  • Five years of experience in HRIS administration, with at least two of those years in SAP SuccessFactors (required)
  • Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors modules and configuration
  • Experience with HR data management, reporting, and analytics
  • Experience troubleshooting and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center jobs.
  • Experience working with third-party HRIS systems and integrating them with SAP SuccessFactors, including familiarity with integration technologies (e.g. CPI, APIs, SFTP) and troubleshooting data flows
  • Experience with data migration and integration processes
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of the development lifecycle for HR systems
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to translate HR business requirements into system solutions
  • Experience with system testing, validation, and user training
