Job Overview

We are looking for a resource experienced in Mechanical  Design & Development of Press Tooling  & Die Design

A Day In The Life

Should have 7+ years of experience in  Fixture & Press Tool Design

Should be able to do mechanical calculations independently

Designing press tools like Blanking, Piercing, Restricting, Forming, Bending, etc.

Designing of Progressive Press Tools.

Designing progressive die & multi slide tool.

Responsible for Designing press dies layout and machining fixtures (Mechanical, hydraulic)

Strong background in progressive die design & Stamping dies design,

Develop conceptual designs of Fixtures for customer

Develop 3D & 2D drawings of individual assemblies

Assist in the creation of standard component drawings and assemblies

Hands-on Experience in Jigs& Fixtures Progressive Dies , and Press Design.

What will help you thrive in this role?

• Good Knowledge on strength of materials and basic hand calculation.
• Required experience and familiarity with CNC machine tools and parts making
• Creation of Final Drawings for Final Machining Detail, Assembly Detail
• Independently Tool Design & Tool Manufacturing of sheet metal & casting components.
