Position Overview

We are looking for a  Mechanical engineer with Minimum 6 yrs of experience in Foundry  Pattern (Ferrous & Non-Ferrous) Design & Simulation, cores boxes. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • reate #D Drawings based on ASME Y14.5M – 1994 standards and complete the projects on time
  • Create new concept designs
  • Quality Checking
  • Interact with Customers to understand their requirements.
  • Experience in Foundry pattern and core boxes manufacturing
  • Update applicable reports in a timely manner
  • Good Team player - Develop good interaction with the Team lead and team members
  • optimize the gating and riser design based on the simulation result
  • Interaction with customers to understand their functional specifications
  • Technical knowledge in the Material selection,
  • Should be able to perform with tolerance and GD&T in design as well as in Manufacturing Drawings.
  • Should have good behavioral skills & collaboration skills to work with a cross-functional team.
  • Should have good communication skills.

Skills and Experience

 

Minimum 6 yrs. in Foundry  Pattern (Ferrous & Non Ferrous ) Design & Simulation , cores boxes 

Should have working knowledge in Autodesk inventor & Auto cad

Education

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
