Job Overview

We are looking for the Professional experience engineer in Purchase cum stores with a focus on indirect procurement

A Day In The Life

5- 6 Years Experience in the Store & sourcing functions.

• Timely order conversions from purchase requisitions considering predefined criteria.
• Experience in the procurement of Machining, tool & dies
• Maintain good communication with cross functions & suppliers to assure timely delivery of materials and services
• Import documentation
• Preparation of Delivery challan for inbound and outbound material
• Regularly coordinate with the accounts payable for submission of invoice document and to resolve any invoice issues.
• Prepares and maintains routine data files and reports in compliance with established policies.
• Handling of warehouse and store function.
• Procurement of Electrical, Mechanical, software and electronics parts.
