Join our team in Centralia, MO as an Administrative Assistant! In this role you will provide advanced administrative support to the Centralia Site VPGM and multiple leaders while serving as a key coordinator for customer, channel partner, and internal site visits at the Centralia campus and The HUBB training facility. This role ensures smooth daily operations, professional visitor experiences, and effective communication across teams. This is an onsite position.

A Day In The Life
Every day at Hubbell is different and you’ll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you’ll make a difference by:
- Coordinate and manage customer, partner, and internal site visits, including scheduling, logistics, and communications.
- Administer the Centralia campus shared calendar (training events, meetings, facility usage).
- Support training and visit logistics: agendas, directions, pre‑/post‑visit communications, surveys, and follow‑ups.
- Provide administrative support to the VPGM and multiple staff members to enable effective workflow and communication.
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations including supplies, signage, phone routing, mail distribution, and file maintenance.
- Schedule internal and external meetings, including room coordination and visitor access.
- Support community outreach activities with local organizations as needed.
- Handle time‑sensitive administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

- 5–10 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting multiple leaders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional, approachable, customer‑focused demeanor.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle confidential information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- SAP experience a plus.
- Ability to lift/move office supplies up to 25 lbs.
