Job Overview
The role of the RMA Operator I is responsible for providing the highest level of quality and service to our customers. Responsibilities include accurate and timely inspection and processing of returns, product movement, completion of various reworks thoroughly in a salable condition. While performing duties, the RMA Operator I will be responsible for operating lift trucks and warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
A Day In The Life
- Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center to ensure clean and safe working environment to ensure safety and security of all employees.
- Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner in order to ensure little to no accidents.
- Responsible for processing returns and reworks as assigned. This includes visual inspection, counting, verifying part numbers, processing, reboxing, relabeling, or small assembly as needed.
- Perform assigned warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality.
- Participate in 6S throughout the department to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Perform miscellaneous activities as directed by your manager to efficiently support the warehouse operation.
