Job Overview

El Técnico de Facilities es responsable de ejecutar actividades de mantenimiento, conservación y mejora de la infraestructura física del edificio, garantizando que las instalaciones permanezcan seguras, funcionales y en condiciones óptimas para la operación.

A Day In The Life

  • Realizar trabajos de pintura interior y exterior en oficinas, áreas productivas y áreas comunes.
  • Ejecutar reparaciones menores de edificio, incluyendo resanes, acabados, colocación de tablaroca, reparación de muros y plafones, entre otros.
  • Atender reportes relacionados con daños en la infraestructura del edificio.
  • Realizar inspecciones periódicas para identificar condiciones que requieran mantenimiento o reparación.
  • Apoyar en remodelaciones, adecuaciones de espacios y proyectos de mejora de instalaciones.
  • Mantener herramientas, equipos y materiales en condiciones adecuadas de uso.

  • Experiencia en trabajos de mantenimiento de edificios o conservación de instalaciones.
  • Conocimientos en pintura, tablaroca, acabados, impermeabilización y reparaciones generales.
  • Habilidad para utilizar herramientas manuales y equipos de construcción básicos.
  • Orientación al detalle y compromiso con la calidad de los trabajos realizados.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y administrar múltiples actividades simultáneamente.
  • Actitud de servicio y capacidad para colaborar con diferentes áreas de la organización.
  • Disponibilidad para participar en proyectos de remodelación y mejora continua de las instalaciones.
