A Day In The Life
Personal Entrenamiento a inspectores para la compresión del manejo del sistema de control de documentos, indicadores, calibración / verificación Asegurar el muestreo, registro de datos e inspección, en tiempo y forma del material inspeccionado. Entrenamiento a inspectores en el identificación, registro, documentación, manejo, notificación y disposición de material no conforme. ISO 9001 Participar, como responsable del área auditada y como auditor, en el programa interno de auditorías. Vigilar el cumplimiento y actualización de los documentos aplicables al área asignada y a aquellos aplicables a toda la organización. Indicadores Análisis de datos, difusión, líder del plan de acción para el cumplimiento a indicadores definidos. (Scrap, DPPM, FTY) Notificación inmediata, y correspondiente justificación a SQE, en caso de defectos de proveedor. Solución de problemas Promover el uso de herramientas de calidad y mejora continua, para la solución de problemas: Ishikawa, 8D, Pareto, 5W, DMAIC, etc Calibración & Verificación Asegurar el uso de herramientas calibradas en tiempo y forma, de acuerdo al plan maestro de calibración, en los procesos asignados. Asegurar el uso de herramientas verificadas en tiempo y forma, de acuerdo al plan maestro de calibración, en los procesos asignados. Quejas de clientes Documentar quejas de clientes y correspondiente análisis / plan de acción de respuesta al cliente. Liderar plan de contención, así como asignar líder del análisis y plan de acción correspondiente. Otros Asegurar el desarrollo de la inspección, reporte de calificación y documentación de nuevos productos / cambios (PPAP)

• Licenciatura terminada • 70% Inglés (Escrito / Hablado) • +5 años de experiencia en calidad / inspección. • Conocimiento de la norma ISO 9001 • Herramientas de calidad / mejora continua 8D, 5w, Ishikawa, Pareto, PDCA, DMAIC, etc
