Job Overview

A Day In The Life

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and systems to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce risk.

• Conduct risk assessments and job hazard analyses; implement corrective/preventive measures.

• Manage incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting.

• Coordinate health and wellness programs, including occupational health services and ergonomics.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO and other applicable standards and certifications.

• Monitor and report on key EHS performance indicators; drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Serve as the point of contact for regulatory agencies and corporate audits.

• Lead emergency preparedness planning and response.

• Organize EHS training programs for employees at all levels.

• Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping of safety incidents, environmental monitoring, and training.

• Promote a culture of safety engagement and accountability across all levels of the organization.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in an EHS leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
