Provide the organization with the objectives, polices, programs and procedures to ensure that the organizational culture is aligned to the company's objectives: Serve our costumer, Grow the Enterprise, Operate with Discipline, Develop our people.

A Day In The Life

Provides tools, resources, feedback, direction and motivation to staff to achieve the goals and results expected by the organization.

Ensures the organization has the culture and talent to meet the needs of operation.

Design and administration of salary and compensation programs, and staff services.

Directs Recruitment, Selection and Recruitment Polices.

Design and manages motivational and incentive programs.

Direct programs, processes and polices of Labor Administration to comply with LFT, LSS and Mexican Migratory Law.

Represents the company legally.

Human Resources Metrics Review: Turnover, Absenteeism, Training, HC.

Attend meetings with Plan Manager and Corporate.

Meet internal and corporative control requirements.

Meet ISO 9001 standard

BU and corporate reports

Collective Labor Contract negotiations with Union.

Conducting interviews and hiring staff.

Directs and designs workplace and satisfaction customer surveys.

Participate in the company's internal and external events.
