Su principal responsabilidad para es contrubuir al desarrollo y sustento de la Cultura Organizacional teniendo como plataforma los 4 objetivos estrategicoS de Hubbell : Servir a Nuestros Clientes, Operar con Disciplina, Crecer el Negocio y Desarrollar a nuestro personal, Asegurando el cumplimiento cabal y responsable de las politicas y procedimientos establecidos, locales y corporativos.  Contribuye con la Gerente de RH a mantener los metricos de RH y se asegura que los metricos se mantengan en los parametros aceptables de acuerdo a metas y objetivos locales y globales de Acme.

Recorrido diario en planta

Supervision del cumplimiento de estandar work de su personal a cargo.

Manter actualizadas las politicas y procedimientos internos de RH.

Manter actualizado Reglamento Interior de Trabajo

Coordinacion de CMCyA

Elaboracion, Coordinacion y Seguimiento de Plan de Capacitacion anual y Desarrollo Organizacional

Manejo de Relaciones Laborales

Supervision y mejora de los metricos de RH y Entrenamiento

Supervision y mejora de los procedimientos de seguridad patrimonial

Cumplir con todas las regulaciones en materia laboral

Cumplir con los reglamentos internos y de seguridad

Contribuir al desarrollo y sostenimiento de la cultura organizacional en la planta

Soporte a supervisores de areas en la gestion de la aplicación de las medidas y acciones disciplinarias al personal

Manejo de Relaciones Laborales.

Participar activamente en las juntas de operaciones para contribuir a la solucion del problemas.

  Nivel Profesional : LRI,LAE,Ing. Industrial/ Elect.
(4 años)
  Ingles 85% (escrito y hablado)
+3 años a nivel supervision y/o en 
  el ramo de RH/ manufactura .
• Dominio de Excel y paquetes computacionales
