Professional Knowledge Reserve

• Have an in-depth understanding of relevant standards for the quality management system (such as ISO 9001, etc.), be familiar with the requirements of its clauses and application scenarios, and be able to accurately build and improve the company's quality system based on this.

• Be proficient in quality control tools and methods, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), some tools of Six Sigma, etc., so as to effectively analyze quality data, find the root causes of problems and improve quality.

Communication and Coordination Abilities

• Internally, be able to communicate smoothly with different departments (such as the production department, the R & D department, the logistics department, etc.), clearly convey quality requirements and goals, coordinate all parties to jointly solve quality problems, and promote the implementation of quality improvement measures.

• Externally, maintain good communication with suppliers and customers. Communicate quality standards with suppliers to urge them to improve, patiently explain the quality situation to customers and properly handle complaints to maintain a good cooperative relationship.

Problem-Solving Abilities

• In the face of various quality problems arising in the production process, after-sales service of products and other aspects, be able to quickly organize investigations, use scientific methods to analyze the causes, formulate practical solutions, and follow up on the implementation to ensure that the problems do not recur.

Leadership and Team Management

• If leading a quality team, be good at motivating members, reasonably allocate work tasks, cultivate the professional skills of team members, and build an active, efficient and strong-execution quality team to help achieve quality work goals.

Data Analysis Abilities

• Be good at collecting, sorting out and analyzing quality-related data, gain insights into quality trends and discover potential risks from a large amount of data, and make reasonable quality decisions based on the results of data analysis to prevent the occurrence of quality problems in advance.

Continuous Learning and Adaptability

• New concepts and new technologies are constantly emerging in the field of quality management. It is necessary to maintain enthusiasm for learning, closely follow the industry development trends, timely introduce advanced quality management methods into the company, and at the same time be able to adapt to the new challenges brought by the changes in the company's business to quality work.
