What will help you thrive in this role?

Rich Production Knowledge and Experience

• Be familiar with all aspects of the production process, including raw material processing, assembly, testing, etc. For example, in the electronics manufacturing industry, understanding the whole process from circuit board production to the assembly of the entire machine enables precise arrangement of production links and time.

• Have relevant industry experience and understand the production characteristics and common problems of different products. For instance, in the automotive manufacturing industry, be clear about the production difficulties and quality control points of automotive parts.

Outstanding Organizational and Planning Abilities

• Be able to efficiently formulate production plans by taking into account multiple factors such as the number of orders, delivery deadlines, and equipment production capacity. For example, when receiving a large urgent order, reasonably arrange overtime work and equipment shifts to ensure on-time delivery.
