Position Overview
The Administrative HR Clerk performs Human Resources reception duties, maintains personnel files and assists the Human Resources Representative.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct all phone calls to appropriate parties
- Greet and help current employees/visitors/applicants
- Add, delete, update all headcount reports on spreadsheet
- All filing for personnel
- Check call in and complete report
- Data entry - add new employee information, review, and update
- New Hire paperwork
- Keep track of interviews, offers, and starting dates
- Employee Activity Report
- Help with Job Fairs - flyers, signs, and planning
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
Back-up Duties:
- Interviews – schedule and follow up with applicants for interviews
- Badges – complete new hire badges from start to finish
- New Hires Orientation and Onboarding
- Hiring events
Experience & Skills Required:
- Office, data entry, or administrative experience a plus.
- Experience with MS Office products required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2 years administrative experience preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
