Job Overview
As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for developing and implementing selling strategies in the GTA through existing channels and new markets. You are a self-starter with strong multi-tasking capabilities. You are a skilled communicator, have strong negotiation skills and is a strategic thinker who is entrepreneurial, autonomous, enjoys winning, and approaches business with enthusiasm and drive.
A Day In The Life
- Develop a strong network
- Apply product features & benefits to provide solutions\
- Expand shelf space for stock goods
- Support price realization
- Understand market segments & verticals opportunities & penetrate
- Collaborate w/other Hubbell sales people in other Business Units to expand sales
- Understand competitive advantages of our products
- Participate &/o lead in local industry associations, tradeshows & events
- Reporting as required
- Performance to quota planning & execution
What will help you thrive in this role?
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient computer skills and Salesforce
- Valid Driver’s license required
