Job Overview
Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager, Enterprise RFQ (CoE) to join our Center of Excellence team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on analyzing spend, identifying resource opportunities, and running RFQ packages. The candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise-scale RFQs across multiple stakeholders and business units, ensuring alignment and efficiency. Additionally, the role involves optimizing sourcing tools and creating a scalable and deployable solution to enhance cost-saving measures and drive operational efficiencies.

A Day In The Life
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and resource optimization.
- Develop and manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) packages to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Drive new technology adoption for online RFQ tool and lead implementation across enterprise.
- Populate the tool with relevant information to enhance the enterprise's efficiency in achieving savings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sourcing strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Support the creation of processes and infrastructure for the Sourcing CoE (e.g., Best Practice toolkits, SOP’s, presentations, templates, operational calendar, etc.).
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in sourcing practices.
- Drive analytics from Sourcing COE Sprints, identify cost modeling and input monitoring sprints that have closed with unrealized savings opportunities. From these analytics, compile comprehensive RFQ’s to market test assumptions and drive further savings and efficiencies.
- Success in this role will be measured by the ability to convert analytics and recommendations into realized savings opportunities benefiting the P&L.
- Candidates must possess extensive sourcing experience, particularly within an enterprise-level setting. The ideal applicant should have a background in sourcing tooled parts, catalog parts, electronics, and indirect services and consumables.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing and procurement software/tools.
- Adept in analytical tools and databases, such as PowerPoint, Project, Excel, and Power BI
- Experience and proficiency in SAP
