Job Overview

The Senior Program Manager, or Strategic Program Manager, oversees and coordinates different related projects in a company to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. Their main duties include organizing various programs and activities to improve company efficiencies, building long-term goals for company projects, and developing programs and project budgets. This position reports directly to the Head of Engineering.

A Day In The Life

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives in Data Centers, Commercial Construction, and Industrial/Energy sectors, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Coordinate and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee the preparation of comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, proposals, progress reports, and risk assessments.
  • Implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
