Duties and Responsibilities

 

 

  • Collaborates with VP, Compliance to sustain and continue to develop an effective Ethics, FCPA and Anti-Corruption Compliance Program.
  • Manages the company’s annual compliance and ethics training program for 19,000+ employees, including the development of training materials, identification of target audiences, and administration of the learning management system.
  • Leads a team of investigators responsible for investigating significant Compliance matters.
  • Monitors progress of ethics investigations, ensures consistency of processes, and ensures investigations are completed according to protocol, on time and documented appropriately in the Company's reporting systems.
  • Coordinates closely with Internal Audit, Legal, and Human Resources relative to application, interpretation, and enforcement of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, Third Party Code and other Company's policies and procedures.
  • Reviews changes to laws/regulations and advise appropriate personnel of proposed changes that affect company business. When appropriate, develop new or revise existing policies and procedures to mitigate risks associated with changes in laws/regulations.
  • Manages the company’s third-party risk program, including the screening of third parties based on risk level and the monitoring of approved third parties.
  • Prepares periodic reports for senior management related to Ethics and FCPA and Anti-Corruption matters.
  • Administers the company’s case management system to track matters handled by the compliance department.
  • Administers the company’s third-party risk management system and collaborates with Legal and Operations to ensure third party screening and monitors follows the required process.
  • Acts as a technical expert on ethics, FCPA, anti-corruption and compliance projects.
Skills and Experience

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree and more than 5 years of relevant work experience in general corporate ethics and compliance programs.
  • Prior experience handling employee concerns or investigations.
  • Experience with case management systems and other similar database platforms.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent skills in organization and detail-orientation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
