Position Overview

Operate various drilling or tapping machines and verify machined work to specifications using calipers and gauges

Duties and Responsibilities

•     Operates drilling or tapping machines.

•     Reads blueprint or job order for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances.

•     Positions and secures work piece in holding device, machine table, or fixtures.

•     Requires ability to read precision measuring equipment such as gauges and calipers.

•     Verifies conformity of machined work piece to specifications.

•     Keeps work area clean and orderly.

      •      Follows all Company rules and safety policies.

Skills and Experience

  • 1+ yrs of previous experience preferred
