- Supporting routine activities based on Service Level Agreement.
- Working as order management associate and managing overall activities related to customer orders.
- Contributing as a team member to ensure the team meets all its KPIs.
- Ensuring daily volumes are completed with high quality standard.
- Ensuring all customer requests are acknowledged.
What will help you thrive in this role?
Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred; High school diploma required.
Six months of relevant experience
SAP experience preferred.
