Position Overview


We are looking for a suitable Graduate with minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in financial claim processing (AR), with strong attitude, learning agility for technology and good communication skills (English-verbal & written) to support Ship & Debit team based in Kochi, India.

Duties and Responsibilities


As a member of the Ship and Debit team, the person will be responsible for below mentioned activities;

  1. Support the ship and debit claim processes, quote synchronization for various business units.
  2. Manage Ship & Debit as a whole process moving away from paper and manual processes to electronic services such as eSPA and where applicable, to EDI.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders to settle the AR claim process.
  4. Communicate all pertinent information to appropriate parties for service and maintenance of Ship & Debit process. Also inform the Finance as needed for credit/debit resolution.
  5. Requires excellent written/verbal communication.
  6. Compile performance reports for management and business units.
  7. Good team player with proper set of attitudes in understanding the requirements of team and stakeholders.
  8. Should be a self learner and maintain/enhance good customer relationship always.
  9. Perform other duties as necessary.  Assist in other functions, projects, etc. as required.


Internal On the Job training will be provided related to the process and relevant applications.

Candidate should be willing to work in Night shift.

Skills and Experience


Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce or a related field.

Experience: 2 to 5 years


Experience in financial claim processing ( AR )with excellent communication skill
