Hubbell Engineering located in Ascendas, ITPL,Chennai, is engaged in the business of computer aided design and engineering services. The Hubbell Business Solutions functions at Infopark Kochi, provide superior business intelligence, knowledge services and business process solutions across Hubbell divisions and Corporate.  IT Services team is spread across Chennai and Kochi.

Position Overview


We are seeking a detail oriented, thorough and organized person to work with the Hubbell Corporate Sourcing Team

The candidate will be responsible for obtaining Purchase Order confirmation from the vendors, validation of the same and resolution of the discrepancies, if any.   

Duties and Responsibilities


The key responsibilities shall be


  • Receive PO confirmation from the vendors; follow up for non - receipts
  • Validate the confirmation received, forward disputes, if any, to the buyer for action 
  • Report PO confirmation / PO disputes and variances to buyers and enterprise stakeholders

Skills and Experience


Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Around 2 years of experience in the Procurement function


Good written and verbal communication skills.



Software Skills:


Proficient in MS office working knowledge. SAP knowledge is an added advantage
