Position Overview

The Content Strategy Manager is pivotal for driving the business and brand message and content through all sales and customer channels and touchpoints like print, digital, social and tradeshows/events. Individual is responsible for team’s adherence to and maintenance of common visual identity standards and policies and processes. Individual will work closely with the Traffic Manager, creative team, category marketing communication managers, brand management and/or other project stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establishes and implements creative common visual identity standards and processes to ensure consistent and quality deliverables
  • Develops and revises collateral design and message based on metrics and analytics to increase overall marketing effectiveness
  • Coordinates the creative direction, design and production of collateral for all marketing stakeholders including but not limited to public relations, social, video, website, tradeshows/events, training, sales and brand management
  • Responsible for leveraging content and collateral across sales and customer channels to improve resource efficiency
  • Implements and helps manage project management system and process compliance with stakeholders
  • Manages website creative content to ensure consistency, freshness of content, and HLI/brand alignment
  • Contributes to creative team as design and copywriting team member
  • Responsible for managing projects budget and resource constraints
  • Acts as the mediator between marketing communication managers and brand representatives to drive brand messages and traffic manager to assign and prioritize projects
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing, Advertising or similar. Alternative degrees will be accepted based on work experience in related field.
  • Minimum 5 (+) years of experience in related creative marketing role / field required. Additional advertising, public relations, and tradeshow exhibit experience a plus.Proven experience with current versions of graphical design, publishing and imaging software such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, & WordPress required.
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms, web-based email programs and CRM systems desired.
  • Project & budget management experience expected.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Personable and develops successful working relationships with others.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Management
