The Hubbell Business Solutions functions at Infopark Kochi, provide superior business intelligence, knowledge services and business process solutions across Hubbell divisions and Corporate.  IT Services team is spread across Chennai and Kochi.

Position Overview

We are looking for a suitable Graduate with 4-5 years of PowerBI hands on experience in Business/Marketing analytics with strong aptitude, learning agility for technology and good communication skills (English-verbal & written) to support CTO Office.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a member of CTO Office – Reporting and Analytics team, the person will be responsible to support various periodic activities like data analysis, business research & reporting and communication with different groups/stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities 
1.    Undertake business research and work closely with the stakeholders in design and building Enterprise Reporting Models using Microsoft Power BI & Analysis services
2.    Showcase excellent analytical thinking and drive advanced analytics solutions.
3.    A strong working knowledge in MS Office (especially in Excel and Power point).
4.    Develop, implement, and maintain a set of analytical reporting tools to facilitate day-to-day and long-term strategic NPD initiatives.
5.    Leverage reporting tools and ad hoc analysis to pull out relevant data, provide trending reports, and evaluate metrics to help the VP/GMs and Innovation champions drive their business.
6.    Good team player with proper set of attitude in understanding the requirements of team and stakeholders.
7.    Should be a self learner and maintain/enhance good customer relationship at all times.
8.    Perform other duties as necessary.  Assist in other functions, projects, etc. as required.

Internal On the Job training will be provided related to the process and relevant applications.
 

Skills and Experience

Education: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or any Engineering discipline

Experience: 4-5 years in PowerBI Analytics with advanced DAX programming proficiency

Mandatory      

• 4-5 years experience building PowerBI dashboards
• Hands-on development experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stack SSAS - Tabular and Multidimensional Model, Power BI Model, Power BI DAX, Power BI Model and Report Performance and Power BI Administration

Desirable     

• Understanding of large set of information and converting it to meaningful data. Good communication skill. Experience in AZURE and SAP database.
