Division Overview
Hubbell Commercial & Industrial (HCI) provides solutions for a broad range of non-residential and residential construction, commercial and industrial applications along with high-voltage test and measurement solutions. Responsabilidades claves

- Mantener actualizado el inventario de personal vs sistema de RH

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas y corporativas

- Dar soporte al supervisor del área en la aplicación de medidas disciplinarias necesarias

- Mantener actualizadas las matrices de entrenamiento

- Asegurar el seguimiento a las evaluaciones del personal

- Cumplir con los estándares de ISO 9011

- Soporte en reclutamiento y selección de personal operativo y técnico

- Soporte al departamento de RH en eventos



Experiencia de al menos 1 año en área de Recursos Humanos, dominio de excel, conocimiento de la Ley Federal de Trabajo y procesos de capacitación

Educación: Nivel profesional: LAE, LRI o afin / Carrera trunca o últimos semestres
