Job Overview

Reporting to the National Key Accounts Manager; the Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to improve their sales and revenue.  Identify and onboard new channel partners.  Provide support and training to new and existing partners to ensure success. You are a self-starter with strong multi-tasking capabilities.  You are a skilled communicator, have strong negotiation skills and is a strategic thinker who is entrepreneurial, autonomous, enjoys winning, and approaches business with enthusiasm and drive.

A Day In The Life

  • Identify & onboard new channel partners
  • Provide support & training to partners to ensure success
  • Manage performance of existing partners, & develop strategies to improve their sales & revenue
  • Develop & maintain strong relationships w/partners, & work closely to achieve mutual goals
  • Collaborate w/sales team to align sales & channel efforts
  • Monitor industry trends & stay up-to-date on competitors & market conditions
  • Create & manage channel partner budgets & forecasts
  • Develop & implement channel partner programs - training, marketing, & incentives
  • Measure & report on performance of channel partners, using metrics (sales & revenue)
  • Identify & resolve conflicts & challenges within the channel
  • Provide support & guidance to partners on product & solution offerings
  • Attend industry events & conferences to build relationships & promote Hubbell

What will help you thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university ( Business, Technical Discipline).
  • Minimum five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to meet objectives and work without close supervision.
  • Must maintain a valid drivers license at all times.
  • Proficient computer skills including Salesforce
  • Must have a valid drivers license
