We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to our winning team! 

The Maintenance Supervisor directs and assists activities of workers engaged in maintaining facilities and equipment.
 

A Day In The Life

  • Plan, organize and manage the equipment and building maintenance activities necessary to meet safety requirements, production schedules and cost objectives.
  • Execute the hiring, development, evaluation and termination, if necessary, of all maintenance personnel.
  • Execute plans for additional equipment, improved processes, and facilities when required.
  • Determine need for repair or replacements of equipment, etc
  • Attend monthly safety meetings to ensure that all safety issues with equipment/facilities are addressed.
  • Identify critical operations and develop preventative maintenance programs to perform scheduled maintenance and inspection of equipment and building.
  • Ensure that equipment safeguards, and protective devises are operational and in use at all times.
  • Request needed supplies for building and equipment maintenance.
  • Operate fork truck as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

What will help you thrive in this role?

 

  • High School Diploma or GED required. 
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills normally acquired through a high school diploma or GED.
  • Four (4) years’ experience in general electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Two (2) years’ experience in hydraulics and magnetics
  • Must have and/or be able to obtain fork truck certification.
  • Must have valid state driver’s license.
  • Must have all tools to maintain industrial equipment.
  • Must be able to read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic prints and schematics.
