Is Hubbell hiring?

Yes. Many of our offices and facilities are hiring motivated professionals to launch careers in Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Legal, Operations and Payroll. Specific job openings, shifts, and start dates will vary by location.

Where do I apply online?

First, you’ll want to click Search Jobs on the top menu of this page to find the position that most interests you. Then, click the job title to learn more and then Apply Now. You will be prompted to Sign In or Create an Account. First time users will need to register with our Applicant Tracking System to submit and employment application.

I can't find the job application. Can you assist me?

To access online job applications, use the Search Jobs link. Select the job you’d like to apply for and then click the Apply Now button. Once you have either signed in or created an account (new users only), you will be able to complete your profile to submit the job application.

Which Internet browser is best to use when completing the application?

Our online application is designed to work in Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Compatible operating systems include most versions of Windows and Mac.

How much time does it take to fill out the application?

The amount of time it takes to complete your job application depends on the amount of information you upload. We ask that you fill in all of required and optional information so we get a better sense of who you are.

Can I attach files to my application?

Yes, you can attach files to your application. We recommend you add a Cover Letter and Resume.

What are the qualifications needed to work at Hubbell?

The job qualifications vary per posting. The overview, responsibilities, qualifications, and additional requirements for individual jobs can be found on the links to the specific job title.

Who can see my application?

Your profile will be visible to HR/recruiting personnel in the location that you applied to.

Can I apply for more than one job?

You may apply for as many positions that you meet the qualifications for.

I applied for a job, but have not yet heard back from HR. What should I do?

Once you've successfully submitted an application, our hiring team will review it. We often utilize email to communicate with our candidates. Therefore, it's important that you frequently check your email (and "spam" folder) to ensure that you're not missing any important messages. You may also check the status of your application by signing in on the Search Jobs page. How do I set up an interview?

Once you've applied, a member of our hiring team will review the information you've provided to us. If your knowledge, skills and abilities match what we are looking for, you will be contacted directly by phone or email.

Does Hubbell conduct background checks as part of the hiring process?

Yes, Hubbell conducts drug screens and background checks of applicants who've accepted employment or internship offers. If you have specific concerns regarding your background and would like further information, please call the office to which you've applied and ask to speak with the Human Resources manager.

Does Hubbell conduct drug tests?

Hubbell conducts drug screens by urine (in most locations) as part of the pre-employment screening process.

What are your hours of operation?

Many of Hubbell’s sites are open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. However, hours of operation vary throughout the facilities.

Does Hubbell offer international job opportunities?

Hubbell is an international, U.S. headquartered company. All of the jobs posted on our career site are located within the United States.
